Sunday Training Reminder

Just a reminder for everyone: We will be holding a training this Sunday (Aug 22) after church. The training is for everyone assigned to a position, which is EVERYONE. If you aren't sure which position you were assigned to, see list below.

Those training for a position in stats, camera or scoreboard should meet with me in the back of 1838. From there we will separate everyone out into their groups for training. Referee and blogger training location is up to James and Darren, respectively.

Be sure to schedule enough time for your training on Sunday.
Here's how long I'm guessing training for positions will take:
Referee - 2 hrs
Stats - 1 hr
Blogger - 30 min
Camera - 10 min
Scoreboard (SB) - 20 min

Quick Sunday Meeting

Thank you all for attending the meeting yesterday. For those of you who missed it, we went over the goals for this season and some improvements we plan to make. We will be keeping the same by-laws, mission statement and policies as we had in the preseason. We also went over orders for uniforms. If you didn't get your uniform ordered you will need to talk to James Stephens. If you want to get your jersey in time to play the first game you have to talk to him this week. We also talked about the positions everyone will be required to fulfill. Everyone will be fully trained for their positions this year. Positions include blogger, cameraman, scoreboard, statkeeper and referee. Everyone was assigned to a position in the meeting and will be trained on August 22nd. Everyone should clear out two hours in their schedule after church on the 22nd to allow time to be fully trained for your position.
