Thank you all for attending the meeting yesterday. For those of you who missed it, we went over the goals for this season and some improvements we plan to make. We will be keeping the same by-laws, mission statement and policies as we had in the preseason. We also went over orders for uniforms. If you didn't get your uniform ordered you will need to talk to James Stephens. If you want to get your jersey in time to play the first game you have to talk to him this week. We also talked about the positions everyone will be required to fulfill. Everyone will be fully trained for their positions this year. Positions include blogger, cameraman, scoreboard, statkeeper and referee. Everyone was assigned to a position in the meeting and will be trained on August 22nd. Everyone should clear out two hours in their schedule after church on the 22nd to allow time to be fully trained for your position. If you aren't sure of your position contact me, or leave a comment.

ReplyDeleteThe schedule shows that Sept 1 Game 2 is 2jv vs. 4jv. But under the "Game Scores" section, it shows thats its 1jv vs. 2jv. ....?

ReplyDeleteThe schedule is correct. The "Game Scores" is just there as filler and is a typo. Sorry for the confusion.
I fixed it. Now they both show the correct games.
